Corn on the Cob ~ a Summer Favorite!

Bobbie Flay's Grilled Corn & Tomato Relish

4 ears grilled/shucked corn
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
a bit of olive oil
3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil, plus whole basil sprigs for garnish
Mix ~ Enjoy
